Heather Bell serves as the Lake Superintendent for the City of Litchfield, overseeing the stewardship and development of Lake Lou Yaeger. Prior to this role, Heather dedicated 13 years as an EMT with Bond County Emergency Services, bringing a strong background in public service and community care.
Following her husband Terry’s retirement, she spent two years traveling and assisting at state parks to gain hands-on experience in outdoor recreation and facility management. She is passionate about preserving the history of Lake Lou Yaeger while building an exciting future for generations to enjoy. Heather is the proud mother of three adult children and “Mimi” to two grandsons.

Ann is a Professor at Washington University School of Medicine in the Department of Pathology. Her areas of expertise are women’s health and laboratory medicine. She has served as president of multiple national professional associations and had the opportunity to travel extensively.
Her husband, Scott, is a BJC attorney. They have twin boys who are 25 years old and live in the Shaw neighborhood in St. Louis. The Gronowski family bought their Solar Circle home in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. Ann & Scott love gardening, biking and relaxing on the lake
